Factor Law, a global company providing legal services to FTSE 100 clients, having an office in Belfast, has been described as “the leader in next generation solutions for complex legal work at scale”.  At the core of Factor’s values is equality.

During the month of September Factor kicked off its Community Care initiative, a campaign to support local communities through fundraising efforts for organisations focused on helping people whose needs are often underrepresented and underfunded.

Beyond Skin is Factor’s Belfast Centre of Excellence chosen local charity for the Community Care Campaign. The campaign is now live and will continue until September 30, 2020

Factor is hosting several fundraising activities throughout September.

There is a Virtual Happy Hour where Factor employees are encouraged to organise a virtual meeting with colleagues, sharing a coffee or a drink, have a chat; and with each donating the price of the drink to the fundraising page.

During September, each employee is asked to participate in a sponsored 10 mile walk / hike / run and to involve friends and family in the fundraising efforts.

Finally the Site Lead, who since Lockdown, has sported “the bearded look” has triggered a “Should it Stay or Should it Go” campaign, (votes to be supported with a donation) and results will be made known to the Factor office at the end of the month.

Every donation will be matched by both Factor & by the Factor CEO Varun Metha, so every contribution will go a long way.
