Make Music Day is an annual set of free music events taking place in venues and public spaces – from town squares to libraries, bandstands to school halls and arts centres.
It takes place on the longest day of the year – on 21 June. The celebration  first started in France in 1982 as Fête de la Musique which now takes place in over 120 countries and 750 cities across the world

As part of the #RefugeeWeek (18 - 24 June) Beyond Skin #ArtsDialogue programme has partnered with BuildaBridge International, Make Music UK, Fermanagh and Omagh District Council & Community Relations Council.

Guest Musicians from Greece, France & BuildaBridge International Philadelphia will be working with Omagh Academy and Sacred Heart College Omagh in a series of workshops to produce performances for Music Day 21st June and Grangefest 23rd June.
