Simran (artist name Simran-Sim7) is a Somali singer-songwriter and author based on Belfast.

Based in Zambia but a frequent visitor to Belfast with Beyond Skin projects, Simran in 2025 met musician and producer Smack Jay who would be play a key role in the production of her first record. Our friends at 5th Element Belfast have also be part of Simran's story
